Q. Is there a minimium order amount?


A. No, at Geddie's Toys you can purchase a single Coloring Book or a single Stablemate models and we'll treat your order with top priority! To qualify for Free Shipping, your order total must be $69.99 or more before any shipping or tax is added

Q.When will my credit card be charged?


A.Your Credit card will be charged within hours of your order shipment when you are ordering in stock items.

Q.How is Sales Tax handled?


A. All orders shipped to a Texas address are automatically charged the state sales tax of 8.25% on their order total. There is no sales tax charged to orders shipped to addresses outside of Texas

Q. How do I change or alter my order?


A. If you need to change, alter or cancel your order, please call us toll-free at 1-877-745-TOYS. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our easy return merchandise guidelines.

Q.Do you have special offers and coupons?


A. We do on occasion offer special discounts to our e-Newsletter members. If you would like to be notified of future offers, please sign-up for our newsletter and you'll be the first to receive special discounts, new product info and promotions!

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?


A. Yes, we like to keep our customers informed on their orders every step of the way! Soon after ordering you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. Then, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships and this email will contain your order tracking information. If you do not receive an email from us, first check your "junk/spam" folder as sometimes emails do land in there. If you still haven't received the email, please email us or call to make sure we received your order.

Q. What if my Billing Address doesn't match my Ship To Address?


A. If the 'ship to' location is different than the 'bill to' location, this could delay your order, until we can confirm the details. We do this to protect our customers. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed to.

Q. What information do you collect & what is it used for?


A. Geddie's Toys recognizes and respects our customers privacy. That's why we protect the trust that you have placed in us. All data collected from you will only be used to conduct business and to inform you of your purchase from us. We also offer a 'secure online' ordering section in order to protect the information that you give us to complete your order. All information is kept private and we will not sell your name or information to any other person, business or organization. All credit card information is deleted from our database within 30 days. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Q. Is there another way to place my order with a Credit Card if I still don't feel safe?


A. Yes! To place your order without giving out your credit card information online, you can place your order using Paypal. This takes the money straight from your Paypal account so your order will not be held and will ship as fast as if you had paid via our secure checkout system.Please email us at orders@geddiestoys.com to find out how.

Q. I don't have access to a Credit Card, can I still place an order with you?


A. Yes you can! All you need to do is place the items in your shopping cart, fill in all of your information, and print the page. Then email us at orders@geddiestoys.com and let us know what you would like to order so we can pull it and set it aside for you. You will then purchase a money order (we cannot accept checks) and put it in the mail with your printed order page and send it to us via regular mail delivery. We will hold the items for 7 days and we must receive your payment within that time frame.

Q. Why isn't my tracking number working?


A. It usually takes 6-12 hours for your tracking number to become available in the shippers system. This is usually 1 day after your order has been shipped. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will notice your tracking number might start with a "1Z", this means that your order has been shipped via UPS Ground. When your tracking number is very long and starts with a "9", this means your order was shipped using the Post Office and you can check your shipment status at USPS.com.

Q. I would like a Live Show Quality Model,Do You Hand Pick??


A. At Geddie's Toys we do our best to send out great looking models. In the past year, our order volume has grown so much that we can no longer offer hand picking or visual checking as these services take up a considerable amount of time when regular orders need to be shipped. Starting in 2010, we will offer a 110% Satisfaction Guarantee Money Back Policy that protects our showring savvy collectors and guarantees that we will send you a great looking model or your money back!

Q. Do you ship Internationally?


A. Yes, we are happy to ship your order anywhere in the world for you! Shipping charges do apply on all International orders and they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
