General Shipping Information

We pride ourselves on super fast shipping! We run our online store as if we were the customers shopping! So, we know you want your orders fast. Your order of in-stock items placed Monday- Friday before 3:00 PM CST always ship that same day!

Please enter your shipping address carefully! There is a $9 re-routing fee charged to us by our shipping carriers if we have to re-route a package due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Geddie's Toys will pass this fee on to you when this situation occurs. We will notify you by email in such a case.You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have your order shipped to you again.

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world! When checking out, if you don't see your country in the drop down box, please send us an email and we'll add it ASAP. International Shipping to Canada or anywhere overseas does incur shipping charges. The Free Shipping offer is only valid when an order is shipped within the Continental USA.

Free Shipping on orders over $59.99

When your order reaches $59.99 or more, the shipping is on us for orders shipped within the Continential USA and we choose the best way to ship your order! We ship both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. When we send your shipment confirmation email you will be able to see how your order was shipped.

USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Post Shipping on orders under $59.99

We ship orders Monday - Friday. All orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will ship the same day for all in stock items. All orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next day for all in stock items. All orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday, all Saturday and all Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday.

The cost of shipping will be calculated upon checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the dimensional size for larger items and which shipping method you choose - Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Please note: we reserve the right to change your preferred shipping method if you purchase an item that is considered oversized, but does not met the $59.99 minimum for Free Shipping.

Please note- While Priority Mail might cost a bit more on an individual order basis,it is a faster means of shipping. It has been our personal experience shipping many orders that almost all Priority Mail shipped orders have been received within 2-3 days (excluding Sundays & holidays). Parcel Post shipping while our lowest priced shipping method usually takes 6-10 days for you to receive your order.

Priority Mail & Parcel Post shipments can be delivered to PO Boxes.

UPS Shipping on orders under $59.99

We do offer shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger items as it is more cost-effective. We ship orders Monday - Friday. All orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will ship the same day for all in stock items. All orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next day for all in stock items. All orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday, all Saturday and all Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so if you choose to have your order shipped via UPS, plese provide us with a street address. UPS will not ship/deliver during major holidays, on Saturdays or on Sundays

I live overseas, can I still order from Geddie's Toys?

Yes you can! As of 6/1/10 our website will figure International Shipping charges! Just add the items to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process. Please keep in mind, we will not mark any orders as gifts and all International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or extra customs fees associated with your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges as International Orders do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do, just place your order as you normally would and we'll get it mailed as soon as possible

Store Pickup

If you are in the East Texas Athens area, we welcome you to come to our store and shop or pickup your order. Please call us beforehand so that we can have your order pulled and ready for your arrival

Returns

It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Geddie's Toys. If you are not happy, you are welcome to return your purchase within 10 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in saleable condition,not used or packages opened.

We offer a 110% Satisfaction Guarantee Money Back Policy. That means we only ship you the best models and if for any reason you aren't happy with the model we sent you, contact us for a RMA number and we'll either exchange the model or issue you a full refund (minus the shipping charges back to us). Models must be returned in the exact same condition that we sent them to you and must not have been removed from the ties

Authorized Refunds

• Full refund on orders under $59.99

• Orders over $59.99 that recevied free shipping will have a 20% re-stocking charge or $8.50 whichever is greater deducted before the refund is processed

If you need to cancel or modify your order after you submit it, contact us right away via email and we'll see what we can do. Orders are processed and shipped the same day.If you would like to change an item, please email customer service right away so that we can stop the order before it ships and change it as directed.We usually ship very quickly and it may not be possible to catch the order in time but we will do our best. If we cannot cancel or modify your order before it ships, we've made it easy to return our items. Please save your packing slip as you will need it for a return.

Our prices may fluctuate depending on manufacturer pricing, shipping specials and sales. We cannot accept returns or issue credit due to price changes or special sales events.

Orders containing items damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. After the 3 days, your return could be denied. We will file the necessary claim with the shipper. In order to file a claim, you must keep the original box in which the order was shipped and all packing material.We use Endicia insurance and they require a picture of the damage and/or a written statement signed by the customer. If you do not have the proper items for inspection by the shipper, then Geddie's Toys nor the shipper will be held liable for any damage.

Please contact us by email for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number) Unathorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. You are responsible for any return shipping charges and fees.

Clearance Items

Absolutely no returns on clearance items. All sales are final on these blowout items!
